Our permanent, direct placement staffing specialists at Cue Data Services, Inc. are experienced in retained, modified retained and contingency search for Information System & Information Technology professionals.

Embarking upon every search, our recruiters and staffing specialists understand the process. The candidate selected needs to be a match along three critical dimensions: technical skills, interpersonal fit, and long term value to the client organization. The ideal candidate should be able to assume greater responsibility (technical or strategic) and contribute in more significant ways over time. Upon establishing a concise position and job description with the client our process targets the person who can perform the job, who will fit appropriately into the environment and understand the entire picture – the department goals and corporate objectives.

Our unique multiple step process helps ensure that any candidate who passes our evaluation will have a greater chance of being offered a position and have expansive knowledge of what the client organization is expecting in a new employee. We have a prospecting and sourcing phase, followed by our detailed and rigorous interviewing phase. This activity occurs prior to being presented to the client. This diligent process begins with initial meetings with the client and doesn’t end until the new hire has been in the position for a period of months.
