Cue Data Services On Site Program

Our wide range of technical staffing experiences and recruiting abilities allows Cue Data to offer our clients an On Site program. This highest level service partnership deploys an experienced Cue Data team to our clients' sites. These professionals are involved with planning for both short and long term business in the areas of administration, accounting, management and human resources. We are presently working with clients in the Financial, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Energy, Pharmeceutical and Defense industries at all levels of technical expertise. Cue Data's OSP (on-site program) can be customized for each client.

Our OSP can include all or some of the following features:

* Full time on-site recruiters/resource managers.

* On-Site access to Cue Data Services database.

* Management of select Sub-Vendor team.

* Quality Program for all contract staff.

* New Hire Orientation, Quality reviews, counseling, awards, terminations and outplacement.

* Customized reporting by department including overtime pay, budget tracking and overall invoice totals.

* Management review of overall program on a quarterly basis to ascertain progress and to asses any modifications or changes needed in the program.
