401k plan for W-2 contractors:

Cue Data W-2 paid contractors are eligible to participate in the Cue Data 401k plan. The plan is managed by Manulife Financial and offers investment choices in 37 funds. Visa Status Verification

All non US citizens are required to produce written documentation of their H-1 visa status when placed on site in the US. Offshore incorporated entities are excluded from this requirement as long as all services are produced by incorporated entities conducting business outside the United States.
